In addition to vitamins C, A, B2, and B6, you will also find manganese, magnesium, iron, calcium, sodium, potassium, phosphorus, copper, chromium, and zinc in Green Ways Blueberry. It is an interesting source of flavonoids, resveratrol, and anthocyanin. Anthocyanins are powerful antioxidants that have many positive effects and are among the most dominant useful substances in blueberries.
The method of cultivation leads to a significantly higher content of valuable anthocyanins than is the case with industrially-grown, bred varieties.
Unlike commonly-available blueberry juices and nectars, here there is no need for pasteurisation or the addition of preservatives.
We deliberately left the skins in the product as a source of anthocyanin and other biologically-active substances.
