Withdrawal from the contract

You may withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. To start the withdrawal process, please enter the email address used when placing your order and your order number. Once your details have been verified, we will guide you through each step of the withdrawal process. The returned goods must be sent back no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal from the contract. Your purchase price will be refunded without undue delay after we receive the returned goods or after you provide proof that they have been sent back, in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.
